CONVENTION EXHIBITORS BOOTH REGISTRATION/RESERVATION

The NFDMA Interactive Floorplan has launched!

Sign up for the booth of your choice, customize your profile so that members will know more about you, pay your deposit, balance, or your amount in full in just a few clicks!!! 

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS...

Access the Floorplan Here
  • Create a profile
  • Look at the map and choose which booth is of interest to you
  • Read the Exhibitor Prospectus that can be found on our website, complete the contract and return to sanchez@nfdma.com
  • Call the National Office to confirm receipt of contract, and booth preference.
  • Expo Coordinator will approve or assign booth. The booth will be released for a
  • Go to floorplan link and complete process 


Exhibit booth pricing is as follows:

  • (Small) 10x10 or higher-$18 per sq ft
  • (Large) Corner booths- $19 per sq ft
  • (Island) 10x20- $20 per sq ft

​*If you would like to create an island booth larger than listed above, it is $20 per sq ft + an additional $750 fee 


NOTE:

  • 50% of the deposit is due at time of booth reservation
  • The balance is owed by or before June 23, 2023 or your booth will be released
  • Please refer to the Exhibitor Prospectus regarding cancellation/refund policy (deadline 7/7/23)
