Mr. Russell Trammell Costner, 64, of Gastonia, North Carolina was born November 6, 1960 in Gaston County, North Carolina to the late Albert E. Costner, Sr. “Jigger Red” and Louise L. Costner. He departed this life Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Robin Johnson House in Dallas, North Carolina.
